You may have already made your Halloween plans for this year but have you made your election night party plans yet? I was passed this information in an e-mail from my brother who is a big Rick Emerson fan. This looks fun, I will have to make this one of my stops on November 4th. The event is being sponsored by the local rag, Willamette Week and the super cool Oregon Bus Project.
