Hike, Fish & Go Camping?

I heard about this drink called Hike, Fish, & Go Camping Punch over the summer and finely had a chance to try it out this past weekend. This drink combines all local (Oregon) ingredients. Try it for yourself.

ENJOY

• 5 oz Pendleton Whiskey
• 4 oz (1/3 of 12 oz can) frozen lemonade
• 4 oz (1/3 of 12 oz can) frozen limeade
• 4 oz huckleberry syrup
• 2 bottles Terminal Gravity IPA
• Mint sprigs for garnish

Mix whiskey, lemonade, limeade and huckleberry syrup in a large pitcher. Slowly stir in Terminal Gravity IPA. Pour into ice-filled glasses, top with mint sprigs and serve.

To make huckleberry syrup: Bring 2 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar and 2 cups of berries to a boil. Simmer 20 -30 minutes, cool slightly and strain mixture through fine mesh sieve.
